Josephson and single-particle tunneling in superconducting bicrystals BaPb(1-x)Bi(x)O3

Tunneling has been observed at the barrier formed by the intergrowth surface of the superconducting bicrystals BaPb(1-x)Bi(x)O3. It has been determined that this compound has a ratio 2 delta (0)/kTc = 3.6 + or - 0.1 and that the differential-conductivity peak has a doublet structure.
