The algorithm designed for this purpose, andimplemented in the GPS satellites, requires only eight coefficientssent as part of the satellite message, contains numerousapproximations designed to reduce user computationalrequirements, yet preserves the essential elements required to obtaingroup delay values along multiple satellite viewing directions. |
