Brain CT showed ventriculomegaly, hydrocephalus, and cerebral edema, while brain MRI showed a nonenhancing lesion obstructing the aqueduct of Sylvius that moved to the fourth ventricle with hydrocephalus resolution on repeat imaging 5 days later.
