Zusammenfassung:The results of a high-rate technique developed for the growth of KDP and DKDP crystals from water solutions are reported. Crystals are grown at a rate of 0.5–1 mm/h as compared with a rate of 0.5–1 mm/day using a conventional technique and measure up to 150×150×80 mm. The high quality of the crystals makes them useful in laser systems.
