Zusammenfassung:Neuroblastoma (NB) is one of the most common pediatric malignancies. Easy metastasis, poor prognosis, and a high degree of heterogeneity of NB hinder its successful treatment. Several different therapeutic strategies have been developed to overcome these problems, including differentiation and targeted therapy. In this review, we summarize the recent development of differentiation modulators and targeted agents for treating NB. Several promising targets of NB were also discussed. [Display omitted] •The current status of clinical diagnosis and therapy for neuroblastoma was intruoduced.•The existing differentiation modulators and targeted agents for treating neuroblastoma were summarized.•The new targets related to NB differentiation were discussed.
