Zusammenfassung: | B, V, and R plates of the central portion of NGC 1510 show a complex structure of several condensations which exhibit different colors. Blue and red spectra of two of these condensations indicate that they are low density and slightly metal-poor H II regions with an underlying A-star component. The mot convincing interperation of these observations appears to be that of an amorphous galaxy which accretes H I from the large halo of NGC 1512. |
