Zusammenfassung:Cystic hygromas are congenital malformations affecting the lymphatic system. These are rare benign dyssembryoplastic lesions mainly affecting the head and neck, in particular the posterior triangle of the neck. They usually occur during childhood and exceptionally in adults. We here report a clinical case of cystic hygroma of the neck in a 22-year old subject.
