Zusammenfassung:	A mathematical model is constructed for a fish breeding pond for carp, silver carp and bighead. The model is a system of ordinary differential equations describing the material transformations in the ecosystem. It allows a choice of optimal regimes of the aeration, feeding and fertilization of a pond for different climatic conditions in order to maximize the yield.
