Zusammenfassung: | Purpose
We aimed to investigate the association of coronary flow reserve (CFR) with exercise tolerance (ET) in subjects with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF).
Materials and Methods
Seventy‐seven patients with HFpEF were recruited for the study and compared with 30 healthy matched age and sex controls. All subjects underwent comprehensive echocardiographic evaluation. Exercise tolerance was assessed using 6‐minute walking test (6 MWT). CFR was calculated with adenosine stress transthoracic Doppler echocardiography.
