The distribution of responses to control and predictability suggested that improving these elements would have greater impact on physician mental health than improving physicians’ health plans, including mental health benefits (mean = 3.25, N = 16, p < 0.001) and medical/surgical benefits (mean = 3.16, N = 19, p < 0.001), and wellness benefits (mean = 3.36, N = 25, p < 0.001).
