Zusammenfassung:Data on the irregular variable TZ Ori, obtained in 600 h of UBV observations with the Schmidt telescopes of Tonantzintla and Biurakan Observatories, are analyzed statistically. Typical light curves are presented, and slow and fast flarelike variations are characterized. A 5-d periodicity with U-B amplitude -0.2 to +0.5 mag and B-V amplitude 0.3-1.5 mag is identified. (T.K.)
