Zusammenfassung:Nowadays a great number of various difference schemes are employed for solving the gasdynamic problems in the case of two spatial variables. In the present paper practically all the most known difference schemes of a straight-through calculation for the gas dynamics equations are described and their classification is given according to principal properties such as stability, accuracy, dispersion, dissipation and so on. The properties of difference schemes defined by the first differential approximation are the basis of the classification. The results obtained are represented in the form of tables in order to provide a user with a possibility of comparing the schemes and to choose them with necessary properties while computing the special problems.
