Unusual adverse dermatologic conditions associated with fingolimod and natalizumab in a patient with relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis

•Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is an immune-mediated demyelinating disease targeting the central nervous system.•Disease-modifying therapies(DMTs) target different pathways in the immune system to modify MS disease course and prognosis.•Detecting side effects of DMTs early may allow for prompt discontinuation and modification of therapy if necessary.•We highlight a case of a patient with MS who developed two very rare dermatological skin reactions with two different DMTs.
