Zusammenfassung: | The angular dependence of high frequency properties, particularly of the electrical conductivity, of thin cobalt-coatings are experimentally investigated. The permeability depends on the structural anisotropy which is changed by low temperature (200 deg C) annealing in a magnetic field. Measurements were made in the 4-6 mm range to exclude magnetic anisotropy. A mathematical model is presented which matches the experimental findings. 5 ref.--F.V. |
