Carbon nanotubes for highly sensitive colorimetric immunoassay biosensor
A colorimetric immunoassay biosensor is developed employing CNTs as a label material, which allowed direct observation of the sensing result by the naked eye. Implemented for HSA, the detection limit is 3 × 10 mg ml when characterized using UV-Vis.
