T helpers that regulate both cellular and humoral immunity. High content of plasma cells and eosinophilic granulocytes in the medullary cords and sinuses reflects the development of autoimmune processes associated with a decrease in the number of regulatory T lymphocytes. The development of fibrous connective tissue in the sinus system complicates lymph flow through the lymph node and impairs lymph filtration. |
