Zusammenfassung:Using electrophoretic deposition it is possible to prepare massive area thick film which shows good superconducting properties in the microwave field; it opens perspectives for the application of polycrystalline YBCO layer in RF cavity. A coaxial resonator with an inner conductor which is coated in YBCO layer by electrophoresis is used to measure the surface resistance of YBCO at 500 MHz. The recent results are as follows: R sub(300K) identical with 124 m Omega , R sub(77K) identical with 0.6 m Omega .
