Conduction electron spin resonance at 42.5 MHz and evidence for an electron-electron spin scattering process in aluminium

The first observation of CESR at low frequency, 42.5 MHz, in both aluminium and silver foils is reported. The aluminium spin scattering time below 25 K is well approximated by a T 2 dependence, this is interpreted as indicative of an electron-electron spin scattering process.
