Zusammenfassung:An epidermoid cyst is a common keratin‐filled epithelial‐lined cyst in clinic, which generally present as a slowly and progressively growing lesion. Surgical treatment is usually performed for epidermoid cysts. In this article, we describe a giant epidermoid cyst on the buttock, which has been growing for 20 years with no rupture.
