Zusammenfassung:[1] present their prospective cohort study investigating posterolateral corner (PLC) reconstruction comparing the Larson technique (fibular sling) to that of the LaPrade technique (combined tibial tunnel and fibular sling). All 11 patients in their cohort also underwent reconstruction of their associated anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and/or posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) tears. [4] report their short-term follow-up of 52 patients with double-bundle PCL reconstruction using either ipsilateral quadriceps and semitendinosus tendon autografts (34 patients) or bilateral hamstring tendon autografts (18 patients) within which two semitendinosi tendon grafts were used to reproduce the anterolateral bundle, and two gracile tendon grafts were used to reproduce the posteromedial bundle, which were harvested from both knees.
