Zusammenfassung:University of North Iowa cooperates with two predominately black colleges, Ft. Valley State University (Georgia) and Florida A&M, to recruit diverse staff for day camp and other youth services for the children of the U.S. military and embassy personnel. As a result, over 100 college students trained as camp staff have combated stereotypes and promoted diversity in youth programs. (SAS)
