Zusammenfassung:Correspondence to Dr Giulia Cavaliere, Global Health and Social Medicine, King's College London, London WC2R 2LS, UK; g.cavaliere@lancaster.ac.uk Let me begin by thanking the Journal of Medical Ethics editors and the four commentators for taking time to read, reflect and offer thoughtful comments on my paper.
