Zusammenfassung:	Peters discusses the case of a 52-year-old woman presented at clinic with concerns of cough, wheezing, and shortness of breath. The patient's medical history included smoking about one half-pack of cigarettes per day for 20 years. She reported occasional acid reflux symptoms that she easily treated with over-the counter antacids. The shortness of breath was not related with chest pain.
