Intrahepatic Biliary Ductal Dilatation

A 72-year-old woman presented with weight loss, abdominal pain, and jaundice. Imaging revealed a hepatic hilar mass with marked bilateral biliary ductal dilatation. A diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma was made.
