Determination of Electroless Copper Deposition Rate from Polarization Data in the Vicinity of the Mixed Potential

Experimental results show that the rate of electroless Cu deposition can be determined from the polarization data in the vicinity of the mixed potential. The best results were obtained using Le Roy equation.10 refs.--AA
