Zusammenfassung:Over the last few years, we have seen an increasing number of women take on leadership roles at the College, whether serving as member section chairs, members of the Board of Trustees, Assembly of International Governors and Board of Governors, and as Editors-in-Chief of JACC Journals. A global network coupled with digital communication in clinical research could be used to share information to better educate and mentor young professionals. [...]by sharing the experience and knowledge learned in the “Clinical Trials Research: Upping Your Game” session, I will be able to inspire other women to aspire to influential positions.
