Zusammenfassung:Nasal tip abscesses in children are uncommon. We report on 7 children/teenagers who presented with an advanced nasal tip abscess that required intravenous antibiotics and surgical drainage, despite adequate pre-admission antibiotic therapy with amoxicillin/clavulanic acid or cephalosporins.
