Zusammenfassung: | First case was, 69-year-old male patient (ASA IIE) presented with bilateral pubic rami and right sacrum fracture (zone 2) following a traffic accident. The postoperative 30-minute and 1., 2., 4., 6., and 12-hour VAS scores were 1/10 and 4/10 at 24 h. The postoperative course was uneventful and patient needed any rescue or opioid analgesic during postoperative 24 hour follow-up apart from paracetamol (4 × 1000 mg) and dexketoprofen trometamol (2 × 50mg). Definitive evidence of efficacy and safety of sacral ESPB for postoperative analgesia management will require clinical, cadaveric, anatomical and radiological studies.Declaration of competing interest We declare that the contents have not been published elsewhere and the paper is not being submitted elsewhere. |
