Zusammenfassung: | Electron energy distribution measurements were made in a discharge tube with a neon pressure of 0.9 torr; ionization waves with plasma potential variations of 0.6 and 1.4 volts were obtained. In all cases the largest deformation in the electron energy distribution function was observed at the maximum in the plasma potential. Particular attention is given to alterations in the body and tail of the electron energy distribution function. |
