Zusammenfassung:Highlight Kawakami and colleagues reported a case of complete clearance of intrahepatic bile duct stones via endoscopic ultrasonography‐guided hepaticogastrostomy (EUS‐HGS) confirmed under direct antegrade peroral transluminal video cholangioscopy (POTVCS). EUS‐guided extraction is applicable in selected patients after failed transpapillary extraction. Moreover, POTVCS via the EUS‐HGS route is effective for confirming complete clearance.
