| Zusammenfassung: | This paper aims to investigate the curative effect of carvedilol combined with conventional therapy in treatment of chronic heart failure. 180 patients who have been treated for chronic heart failure were selected as research objects and divided into control group and research group. The control group was given conventional treatment (including oxygen therapy, ACEI, taking digitalis preparations, vasodilators, diuretics, positive inotropic drugs), while research group was given carvedilol combined with conventional therapy.
