A shear cell for the determination of the dynamic shear strength and flow behaviour of particulate materials
A new form of shear cell consisting of a torsional split-Hopkinson bar apparatus, modified to act as a new form of annular shear cell, has been developed and used to determine the dynamic shear strength and flow behaviour of particulate materials.
