Zusammenfassung: | A computed tomography scan of a patient on her chest with transverse and coronal views showing upper lobe predominant pulmonary fibrosis before cryobiopsy is featured. It highlights the case of a 60-year-old woman with interstitial lung disease (ILD) who underwent bronchoscopic cryobiopsy to elucidate the etiology of her ILD and was intubated for the procedure and extubated afterward. A computed tomography chest scan of the patient showed extensive fibrosis and honeycombing predomenantly in the upper lung zones. |
