Vocal Cord Metastasis

A 49-year-old man presented with voice changes and pain with swallowing. Fiberoptic laryngoscopy revealed a laryngeal lesion. Biopsy and imaging were performed, and a diagnosis of metastatic renal-cell carcinoma was made.
