Zusammenfassung:AbstractThe early repolarization pattern and single coronary artery (SCA) anomaly are rare causes of sudden cardiac arrest. The relationship between the early repolarization pattern and idiopathic ventricular fibrillation has previously been reported. Here, we describe a case of an early repolarization pattern and L-IIB type of isolated SCA anomaly in a patient who suffered a sudden cardiac arrest.
