Freeman's "Toward an Apartheid Economy?", which discussed the current economy in which a fortunate few are profiting richly while the great majority endure stagnant wages. The business community must participate more in educating children and employees. In the workplace, employers' doors must serve as entrances to the global workforce. Many companies can provide low-skilled employees with more training and tuition reimbursement.
