Zusammenfassung: | Advanced meteorological monitoring stations will soon need new capabilities for the parameterization of the PEL. These will be developed both by using advanced sensors (remote sensing, uvw anemometers etc..) and by using new data processing procedures. The proposed library includes routines for the parameterization of the Surface Layer and the PEL. A wide range of meteorological sensor configurations could be considered by choosing different routines. Data processing routines for hybrid Gaussian plume models and other more advanced models are included. WHY A LIBRARY OF METEOROLOGICAL ROUTINES? Working in the field of environmental models and analyses, we are often faced with the need to process meteorological data both in o |
