Micrometeorological Database For Air Pollution Modelling In The Mexico City Metropolitan Area

To overcome the lack of the surface micrometeorological data needed for air quality modelling in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area (MCMA), a long-term micrometeorological campaign was carried during the year 2001. Three surface stations were installed at sites found at NNW, NE, and S of the MCMA, each one equipped with a 3D ultrasonic anemometer and conventional meteorological sensors for temperature, relative humidity, pressure, global radiation, net radiation, and rainfall.
