Cytoplasmic Blebs in T-Cell Prolymphocytic Leukemia

A 64-year-old man presented with fatigue and dizziness. A peripheral-blood smear showed mature lymphoid cells with cytoplasmic blebs, and a diagnosis of T-cell prolymphocytic leukemia was made.
