All freshmen participate in a summer library orientation where BLA teacher-librarians establish themselves as collaborators who will work with students to achieve their educational dreams and personal goals by providing access to the vast world of information in all its forms. Reibman investigates how teacher and teacher-librarian collaboration in BLA is an element of school culture.
