Zusammenfassung:EP recognizes I hai faith, religion, and spirituality can be as important a consideration and as integral a facet in the lives of exceptional families as healthcare, education, and the myriad of other topics that touch and involve EP readers. G.L.U.E. "gives support to faith communities, enabling people with disabilities to participate in me different areas of congregational life throughout their lives." There were two Sunday School buddies who would take turns attending class with him, two people designated to bring a meal to his family on Tuesdays after Steven's therapy sessions, four members of the worship team who would take turns each week including Steven at the sound board - one of his intense areas of interest, four families who would invite Steven to their home to play, and a well-trained Sunday School teacher who knew exactly what to expect from Steven and how to best allow him to participate There were also plans to talk to Steven's peers so that they better knew how to understand and include him.
