(NBC) MY NAME IS EARL -- After Earl watches Catalina give a facial wax, he decides to make amends for No. 91 on his list: ''Made fun of Maggie Lester for having a moustache.'' 8 P.M. (11) SMALLVILLE -- Blow, winds, blow: Clark cleans up the mess left in Zod's wake and catches a cold. 8 P.M. (Sundance) SIGNÉ CHANEL -- In this final episode of the reality series set at the House of Chanel in Paris, all the fashion world's atwitter as Karl Lagerfeld prepares to reveal his latest collection. 8 P.M. (ABC) UGLY BETTY -- Born beautiful? Not neccessarily. Tonight, Betty (America Ferrera, right) loses The Book, a proof of the entire magazine that includes un-retouched photos of a popular actress (Sarah Jones) that could put a blemish on everyone's life. 8:30 P.M. (NBC) THE OFFICE -- All play and no work makes Michael (Steve Carell) a busted boy. Tonight, Angela tries to get Dwight to make a run for Michael's job after his Movie Mondays initiative is discovered. 9 P.M. (CBS) CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION -- The dead are alive again in Dr. Robbins's morgue, where they shed a little light on their own murder investigations. 9 P.M. (ABC) GREY'S ANATOMY -- Cristina helps Preston deal with his hand tremors, and Izzie returns to Seattle Grace Hospital for the first time since she quit the program. 10 P.M. (JAZ) COMMITTED: THE CHRISTIES -- BET's companion channel watches how the ball bounces in the unique marriage of the N.B.A. player Doug Christie and his wife, Jackie. 10 P.M. (NBC) ER -- Pratt (Mekhi Phifer) takes on the role of attending, and Neela (Parminder Nagra) learns that her new surgical chief (J. P. Manoux) intends to make her life unbearable. Meanwhile, Gates (John Stamos) assesses the condition of an older man with congestive heart failure, whose partner (the wonderful John Mahoney, above left, in a guest spot) must fight to keep him alive. 11 P.M.
