Translate less, prime better, to improve anti-tumor responses

The N 6 -methyladenosine (m 6 A) RNA-modification pathway affects numerous aspects of immune responses. A new study now demonstrates that m 6 A modification of transcripts encoding lysosomal proteases limits the efficiency of tumor-antigen cross-presentation.
