Moving on up

Although smaller operations have obviously less resources to devote to the essential business of identifying the system most suited to their needs, those that choose to continue with paperbased or outdated systems will find it difficult to compete with those that have updated. This is not an easy to decision to make and the considerable change to existing working practices has to be recognised well in advance, but the benefits have the potential to make a profound difference to any business.
