Keeping the faith

WITH THE ECONOMIC NEWS continuingto reflect a cautiously optimistic note, those that have not begun to plan for better times should have this as a major priority. There seems to be fairly widespread opinion that improving conditions will only emerge on a gradual basis, but this will at least be easierfor everyone to adjustto. Relatively slow, but hopefully consistent, growth will always be more sustainable and easierto manage than rapid expansion.
