Zusammenfassung:To examine the maternal and neonatal outcomes of adolescent pregnancies. Deliveries that occurred in a high-volume tertiary center between January 2013 and December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. We studied pregnant women who were under 19 years of age at the time at which they gave birth, and who underwent regular follow-up. Pregnancies associated with chromosomal abnormalities, early pregnancy losses (before 20 weeks), and ectopic pregnancies were excluded. In all, 101 pregnant women aged
