Case 6-2019: A 29-Year-Old Woman with Nausea, Vomiting, and Diarrhea

A 29-year-old woman was evaluated at a primary care clinic affiliated with this hospital because of nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. She reported a history of nonprescribed oxycodone use and requested injectable naltrexone. A diagnosis and management decisions were made.
