Zusammenfassung:Brig. [JOSEPH REYNES, JR.] heads the agency responsible for the inspection of 550 Air Combat Command and units at 275 locations involving more than 158,000 people. The agency determines readiness, capability and effectiveness. The IG also manages the command's oversight program-fraud, waste, abuse, and complaints. Reynes graduated from the Air Force Academy in 1978, earning a bachelor's degree in military history. He graduated from pilot training in 1979, and has logged more than 3,400 hours in fighter aircraft. He earned a master's degree in national security and strategy studies from the National War College in 1996. Rear Admiral Rabago is program executive officer of the Coast Guard's largest recapitalization and modernization initiative-the $24 billion, twenty-fiveyear Deepwater program. He is also director of all Coast Guard acquisition programs and oversees major procurements of cutters, aircraft, C4ISR and boats. RADM Rabago is a 1978 graduate of the Coast Guard Academy with a degree in ocean engineering. He attended the University of Michigan and earned master's degrees in naval architecture, marine engineering, and mechanical engineering. He has also earned a master's in national security and strategic studies at the Naval War College. Maj. Gen. Rodriguez is responsible for commanding over 21,000 soldiers, airmen and civilians of the Texas Military Forces, which include the Texas Army and Air National Guard, State Guard and the Adjutant General's Department. Rodriguez has served as assistant adjutant general for Homeland Defense, Texas Joint Forces Headquarters, and designated commander for domestic Joint Forces operations. He holds a bachelor's degree in humanities from the US Military Academy, a master's in communications research, an MBA and a PhD in philanthropic leadership.
