Zusammenfassung:On the Garm (the Pamirs) and the Alma-Ata polygons for the study of recent crustal movements anomalous deformations of the earth surface have been revealed which coincide in time with the processes of preparation and the moments of occurrence of strong earthquakes. To reveal possible forerunners of earthquakes the number of repeated measurements must be substantially increased.
