ALABOROFLOVE
The creation of a new award for science fiction--the James Tiptree Jr Memorial Award--is discussed. The purpose of the award, which was named for a woman, is to recognize "gender-bending" science fiction, by authors of either sex, that explores and expands the roles of women and men.
